Dunelm add that the fitted sheet is “fashioned from our gorgeously soft, textured teddy fabric.”
The item now has a 4.9 rating on Dunelm’s website and has amassed more than 1,600 independent reviews thanks to beaming customers.
One customer said: “Love this bedding, it’s like a hug, no longer need electric blanket. Originally bought 1 single bed set, now all 4 bedrooms have them.”
A second commented: “Buy these every year. They’re so warm and cosy. Whole family use them. Better than others that you see in shops. Would definitely recommend.”

A third added: “Really warm and cosy. Soft and comfy to sleep on. Great for winter nights.”
“Very pleased – perfect fit and excellent value,” revealed another happy shopper. “Takes the chill off and replaces need for electric blanket or hot water bottle.”
The bedsheet was also described as “heavenly” and received praise for its “economic” benefits.
As expected, however, there were a few moans and groans from disappointed customers.
One shopper claimed: “Beautiful feel very soft but it’s a very small double my bed is a normal double but this sheet barely fits very disappointing for the price.”
Dunelm’s Teddy Bear range also features duvets and blankets.
Elsewhere, thousands of households could be eligible for a free heating gadget from their energy supplier.
Octopus Energy is handing out free electric blankets to some of its 5.3million customers to help keep them warm this winter.
