COUPLES spending their Valentine’s Day at home can cook up a romantic meal with M&S’ £25 menu.

The options for M&S shoppers include a fillet steak beef wellington, slow cooked lamb shanks, prosecco and more.

The delicious range is available for shoppers from Friday, February 9 to Valentine’s Day on Wednesday, February 14.

It always proves to be popular so you may want to visit your nearest M&S soon after launch if you’re thinking of trying it.

There are dozens of products in M&S’ range, which means there are many different menu combinations you can cook up.

The posh supermarket provides a host of tasty treats for couples to enjoy on Valentine’s every year – in the hope they can save a few extra pennies with the combo deal too.

Customers can save up to £16.75 on the price of buying the most expensive items on the menu.

The deal is the £5 more expensive than last year for the complete three-course meal for two.

It had been priced at £20 for the last four years.

There are seven starters for couples to choose from:

  • King Prawn & Lobster Thermidor Gratins
  • Coquilles St Jacques
  • Luxury Pawn Cocktail (GF)
  • Tempura Veg Fritters (Ve)
  • Breaded Camembert and compote
  • Leek and Cheddar Souffle Tart (V)
  • Tempura prawns with Sicilian Lemon Alioli

Couples can tuck into a choice of eight mains:

  • Fillet Steak Beef Wellington with red wine jus
  • Slow Cooked Lamb Shanks
  • Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter (GF)
  • Butterflied Seabass stuffed with herb butter
  • Rump steaks with peppercorn sauce
  • Pork Saltimbocca
  • Mushroom Stroganoff pie (Ve)
  • Chicken Cordon Bleu

You can pair your main with any of the following eight sides:

It comes as other supermarkets have announced Valentine’s Day meal deals.

Aldi has revealed its Valentine’s Day meal deal for two is coming back on shelves and the bargain three-course meal works out at less than £4 per person.

There are five set menu options, and you can add wine to each meal, but this will make it slightly pricier.
