Taking to X, users have fumed today’s outage.
One angry customer wrote: “If @toobbroadband don’t get their act together, myself & many others will be changing provider.
“The cost & speed are great but this is the 3rd time their internet has been down recently, with no formal announcement from Toob (only responses) – I cannot work from home or podcast.”
Customers reporting red light on WiFi router
Toob customers have reported seeing a red light on their WiFi router this morning.
This comes as the broadband provider faces an outage in a number of locations across the south of England.
Toob has confirmed it is working to restore connection for customers.

Toob confirmed it is aware of an issue with its service this morning.
Responding to one complaint of X, Toob support said: “Please be assured we have engineers working hard to resolve this as quickly as possible.
“We are sorry you’re experiencing any disruption.”
