A MINIATURE studio flat costs an eye-watering £1,300 a month to rent.

An ensuite bedroom in the swanky London area of Pimlico has hit the rental market – but what you get for your cash will leave many stunned.

The flat is a quick ten minute walk from Pimlico tube station and only 12 minutes from Victoria station – an incredible location in one of the Britain’s most luxurious postcodes.

The advert on Rightmove describes the flat as “recently refurbished” with fresh carpeted floors.

The studio features a sofa bed set against the wall, with a wooden bedside table an arms length away.

While there is a sliding mirror located opposite the sofa, it is what is behind which will shock you.

If you slide the door right, you will be greeted with a tiny bathroom area complete with a toilet, sink and shower.

Manoeuvring the mirror to the left will uncover an extremely modest kitchen – which notably doesn’t include a clear up-close image of the area – that appears extremely awkward to navigate.

There appears to be nowhere to hang up clothes although there are some storage spaces and a few shelves.

The flat also has a private terrace with two benches and potted plants dotted around the area.
