Its owners will get two double bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a pantry and a rear garden.

But for such an unheard of price, comes an inevitable catch as it is in desperate need of some work, Wales Online reports.

Photos inside and outside the Port Talbort home show its current state and the task at hand.

To start with, the property is covered in foliage that is so bad that you can’t even see one of the windows.

The back garden is also overgrown and inaccessible and will require some hard graft to restore it back to its former glory.

Inside, the property is crumbling and damp and some rooms are currently held up by arrow props.

The open lounge is dismal and dark, while the kitchen and pantry are mouldy, dusty and falling to pieces.

The new owners will certainly have their work cut out refurbishing the three-bed home.

But property agents Angie Davey, of Newport-based Paul Fosh Auctions who are selling the home, says the renovation project could be full of potential profit.

Angie says: “The front is encased in climbers and inside the ceiling is jacked up in various places. Paint is peeling and wallpaper is hanging from the walls.

“Having said all this there is real potential in this large, semi-detached home.

“Make no mistake, this is a major renovation project but with money and imagination it could be turned into a lovely family home after a complete refurbishment.”

According to RightMove, the average price of similar properties in the area is roughly £150,000.
