TESCO shoppers have been rushing to buy bargain bedding scanning at £24 less than its original price.

The supermarket giant has reduced the price on a variety of bedding, including a a king size duvet cover, which has been reduced from £32 to £8.

Eagle-eyed shoppers spied the deal available at certain stores.

Posing on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains Facebook group, one shopper shared the bargain find.

They wrote: “Tesco bedding reduced in price. Not advertised we had to scan as you go and scanned a few and realised they were down.

“£17king size bedding down to £4.25 and the more expensive king size £32 down to £8.

“Got doubles down to £3 and PlayStation single bedding down to £3.”

Fellow bargain hunters couldn’t believe their eyes at the price.

One shopper said: “Love a bit of bedding”.

Another added: “I went a little bit crazy with these bargains too.”

When prices are reduced by this much it’s usually in order for stores to clear excess stock, so prices and stock will vary from store to store.

We found similar duvet sets on sale on John Lewis and Very for £10.

While a king-size duvet set from Dunelm will set you back £9.

But, of course, there may be variations in quality.

Meanwhile, B&M shoppers have been rushing to buy bargain furniture scanning at tills for just 50p instead of £20.

And Asda shoppers have spotted a gift set scanning for 2p instead of £10.
