The retailer recently shared details about the cheap chocs on its Facebook page, with thousands of shoppers having liked or commented on the post since.

One said: “Will definitely be getting them,” while a second added: “Excellent price!”

A third fan commented: “Love Quality Street. Must grab some soon!”

A fourth joked: “Bought some yesterday. Only couple left now haha.”

You’ll need to be quick if you want to snap one of Aldi tubs up as the £3.99 price is only on offer until tomorrow.

Plus, you’ll have to head to your nearest Aldi branch to pick them up as the retailer doesn’t offer a delivery service.

You can find your nearest branch by using the retailer’s store locator tool on its website.

The next cheapest supermarket to pick up a 600g box of Quality Street after Aldi is Asda, which is selling them for £4.50 a tub.

The retailer is running a two for £8 offer as well, but Aldi is still cheaper if you want just one box.

Meanwhile, Morrisons, Tesco and B&M are selling them for £5, while Iceland and Sainsbury’s are stocking them for £5.50.

B&M customers won’t be able to order the tubs online and have to head to their nearest branch to see if there’s any in stock.

You can find your nearest B&M branch by using the retailer’s store locator on its website.

Of course, remember to always shop around for the best prices when buying any product as we might have missed a cheaper option.

Price comparison sites like trolley.co.uk, pricespy.co.uk and pricerunner.com are all useful.

You can also use the Google Shopping tab to have a quick scan of the internet and find out how much retailers are selling a product for.
