Customers fume

Click and Drop customers have taken to social media amid today’s technical issues.

One X user said: “Don’t need a calendar when you have @click_and_drop. Need to know when it’s the day after a Bank Holiday? Just try and use it. Falls over every time without fail.”

While another added: “FFS…@RoyalMailHelp It seems @click_and_drop is down completely now?! Grrrrr this website is so infuriating. When it works, it’s great. But it’s so glitchy and I don’t have time for it not to be working properly!”
