The waffle maker was all the rage when it first came out in 2021.

The gadget makes adorable Mickey Mouse-shaped waffles which are a perfect way to wake up kids grumbling about being back at school.

But now shoppers can nab one for £10 instead of the original retail price of £35.

Several shoppers had spotted the deal in stores and took to the Extreme Couponing And Bargains UK group on Facebook.

A happy shopper said: “Absolute Steal!!  Same as the ones they make at Disneyland.”

Another said: “My kids love it.”

A third customer mentioned all the gadgets were scanning for a tenner at the tills even if they didn’t have a reduced label sticker.

“It’s brilliant,” said someone else.

You won’t be able to find a Disney waffle maker like this unless you go direct to a Disney store.

However, Aldi does some pretty affordable waffle makers from £24.99.

You will have to head in-store for these gadgets as Primark doesn’t do home deliveries.

Remember stock will be limited from store to store and some might not have it for the same reduced price.

It’s always worth shopping around when looking to buy a product as you might be able to find it cheaper elsewhere.

How to save money at Primark

Although Primark is a budget retailer there are a few things you can do to save money.

A Primark worker previously told The Sun, the best time to shop at Primark is early in the morning between 8am and 11am.

The stores usually get deliveries so this is the best time to get the latest stock and the stores are usually much quieter.

Primark launched a website in April 2022, allowing shoppers to check stock levels at their local stores for the first time ever.

This means you can browse online and make sure you head to a branch that has the style and size you need.

There are thousands more products displayed on its website now, too, so you can get a better look at the current collections.

More product information is available, including fabrics and materials.

Don’t be afraid to outright ask for discounts. The worst staff can say is no.

Typically if you pick up an item with a defect or foundation mark or similar, you can simply ask for a discount – just explain it’s not quite up to scratch.

Ex Primark employees have revealed to The Sun in the past that it can be pretty standard practice for branches to offer 10% off a damaged or faulty item.

But keep in mind that if they do this, it often makes the item non-refundable so if you won’t be able to change your mind and return it to get your money back.
