HUNDREDS of Plusnet customers have been left without mobile phone signal or internet due to an outage.
Almost 300 users have reported problems with their Plusnet connection this morning, according to Downdetector.
The broadband and phone provider confirmed on Twitter that there is an issue affecting some accounts.
It said its incident management team is aware of the problem.
Plusnet mobile phone customers reported being unable to make or receive phone calls.
One Plusnet user said: “I can’t make or receive any mobile calls. I just get “Failed – Retry?” and some beeps when I try to call out.
“And similar when someone tries to call me. Is there a problem?”
Another added: “Same with me in London as well – trying to make calls from other phone to the Plusnet number gives an invalid number error.”
Some customers said their mobile data and texts are still working despite the signal problems.
Others reported on Downdetector that they’re also facing issues with their internet connection.
