LIDL has a whole host of bargains on sale this week that you’ll want to look out for in stores.
The popular “Middle of Lidl” aisle is welcoming a bouncy castle for £35 and a cordless vacuum cleaner that shoppers can pick up for £50.

Lidl’s middle aisle stock changes every Thursday and Sunday, so if you see a deal you want, you’ll want to cash in on it quickly before it disappears.
Unfortunately though, you can’t shop the range online, as you can only buy items from Lidl in store – use the supermarket’s store locator tool to find your closest.
You should also keep in mind that stock will be subject to availability and it might be worth checking out the deals only if you’re already out doing your grocery shop to avoid disappointment.
Before you splash out, make sure you shop around too, as you may be able to find cheaper deals elsewhere.
How to compare prices to get the best deal
JUST because something is on offer, or is part of a sale, it doesn’t mean it’s always a good deal.
There are plenty of comparison websites out there that’ll check prices for you – so don’t be left paying more than you have to.
Most of them work by comparing the prices across hundreds of retailers.
Here are some that we recommend:
- Google Shopping is a tool that lets users search for and compare prices for products across the web. Simply type in keywords, or a product number, to bring up search results.
- Price Spy logs the history of how much something costs from over 3,000 different retailers, including Argos, Amazon, eBay and the supermarkets. Once you select an individual product you can quickly compare which stores have the best price and which have it in stock.
- Idealo is another website that lets you compare prices between retailers. All shoppers need to do is search for the item they need and the website will rank them from the cheapest to the most expensive one.
- CamelCamelCamel only works on goods being sold on Amazon. To use it, type in the URL of the product you want to check the price of.
We’ve picked out some of our favourite deals that launched just yesterday and are currently in store, as well as some that are ready to hit shelves from Thursday.
Playtive Junior Bouncy Castle

You’ll be able to pick up two different types of bouncy castle in Lidl’s middle aisle from Thursday this week, there’s a pink fairy version as well as the mutli-coloured type.
The bouncy castle is made from robust, durable material and it has eight ground spikes to anchor it in place and protective side sections for stability.
It’s also got a basketball hoop and hoopla game for more ways to play.
So you’ll also get an inflatable ball, four hoops as well as two repair patches included too.
There’s a three-year warranty on the product too.
You can buy a Chad Valley inflatable bouncy castle for 1p more at £35 from Argos, if you are looking for an alternative with the same budget.
Sportspower Double Swing with Glider

Little ones will keep active and enjoy the warmer days with this double swing with glider set in the bargains coming this week, you’ll be able to pick this up from Thursday in-store.
The set has a galvanised steel and durable power-coated steel frame that holds two height-adjustable rope swings and a two seater glider.
There’s also ground anchors included to keep the set stable and safe and the entire purchase has a one year warranty too.
At Smyths you could save £10 buying the toy store’s two unit swing and see-saw set which is only £60 to buy.
It’s only got one swing included compared to Lidl’s two though, but both have the fun glider attachment.
Remote-Controlled Stunt Drone

This drone that you can pick up from Lidl this week will provide hours of fun this summer.
It performs flips in any direction for impressive aerial manoeuvres and has four speed settings plus different lighting settings.
There’s also an altitude sensor for easier control as well as one-button starting and landing functions.
You can use the remote control to fly the drone but it also has automatic flight modes with a flyback function, throwing start and an auto switch-off.
The whole thing charges via USB so you should be able to plug it in almost anywhere, but there are four replacement propellers included as well as batteries.
It can reach a range of 30 metres and once it’s charged it can fly for five to seven minutes.
If you can’t wait until Thursday for Lidl’s, you can buy a three speed mini drone from Argos for £20 but you’d have to spend another £2 on top of Lidl’s price.
Beldray Airspire 2-in-1 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

You can clean away any dirt and dust in your home with this bargain from Lidl that’s already available to buy.
The vacuum even converts into a handheld unit to give you ultimate flexibility when cleaning tricky areas around your home.
The motorised brush has LED lights to illuminate dark areas like under furniture too.
It will take four to five hours to charge and then it will be able to run for approximately 45 minutes.
You can pick up a cordless vacuum for £60 from Argos which will leave you forking out an extra tenner compared to Lidl’s price.
Giles & Posner Churro Maker

You’ll be able to bake delicious churros in minutes and without the faff and the extra fat of deep frying with this handy tool from Lidl.
The churro maker will join the other bargains in-store at Lidl from Thursday.
The churros are easy to remove from the device after baking for two minutes and the plates are easy to clean
It’s going to take up about 750W of power to use though, but there is a two year warranty.
Shoppers who missed out on Aldi’s sold-out churro maker which was the same price will be able to cash in on Lidl’s instead.
Salter NutriPro Multi-Purpose Blender

This Salter blender will allow you to make all sorts of concoctions effortlessly as it has a powerful 1,000W.
The blender features a multipurpose blade designed for maximum vitamin and nutrient release.
It also comes with two cups with lids that hold up to one litre for taking whatever blended drinks you make on the go.
It’s also super easy to clean and has a two year warranty hitting Lidl’s shelves on Thursday.
At Amazon the same blender costs £53, making it £13 more expensive than Lidl’s exclusive.
Lidl also brought back its giant 1.5 litre magnum of Prosecco for £12.99 a few weeks back.
The store is set to open 50 locations this year creating 2,000 new jobs too.
But Aldi beat the supermarket on price with its portable sun lounger for £10 – which was half the price of Lidl’s.
