Disciplinary tribunal finds two officers guilty over treatment of Bianca Williams and Ricardo dos Santos

Two Metropolitan police officers who claimed to smell cannabis as they stopped and searched the athletes Bianca Williams and her partner, Ricardo dos Santos, lied and were guilty of gross misconduct, a police disciplinary panel has found.

Williams and Dos Santos were stopped while driving in Maida Vale, London, on 4 July 2020, as they returned from training with their baby in the car.
