SUN-SET YOUR MOOD: For that “golden hour” glow, everyone seems to be talking about the £27.99 Pernos lamp.
But I have spotted cheaper dupes on Amazon. You can currently get the Niveoli one on offer for £20.99.

SPARK UP: If you want to make your living room a relaxing haven, bring outdoor lights inside.
Wilko has some lovely lanterns you can fill with candles or fairy lights (£1 at Poundland) for £8, which creates a nice glow. But I like its solar glow lanterns, £7 each.

NO MORE SAD-NESS: Some people with seasonal affective disorder (SAD) find light therapy improves their mood. I like the Arealer SAD lamp at Amazon for just £19.99 (usually £24.99).
