With five en-suite bedrooms and a cinema room, this property has been described as “iconic and award-winning” and could be snapped up for less than the price of a train ticket.

The gorgeous four-storey mansion also has its own pool and sports court.

The Art-Deco home even featured on Channel 4’s ‘I Own Britain’s Best Home’ where it showcased its amazing features including a jacuzzi, a sauna, and a fully-functioning bar.

And Tindale Towers also has a lift within the property to get the homeowner to all four of its floors.

The home has a bespoke kitchen with a dance floor – as well as an office and study space.

For car lovers, the home boasts three double garages, and in the garden, there is also a tennis court.

And for people thinking about their carbon emissions, the property has its own wind turbine – winning awards for its sustainability.

There is also self-cleaning glass along with Jerusalem stone with underfloor heating throughout.

And the home has been described as an “incredible opportunity” on the listing on the Raffall website with tickets being sold at just £25 each.

Owner Mike Keen, who also built the property, said: “This is a wonderful house but it’s a bit out the way and nobody really has this kind of money in the area so we thought we’d try this.

“I built the whole thing but it would cost you around £5 million to build a house like this these days.

“I wanted to create somewhere I wanted to come home to, there’s no point in having money just sat in the bank.

“I love the farmhouse kitchen, I like sitting at the table looking onto the balcony and onto the fields and I love the bar!

“It’s a lovely house but it’s just too big for us now, I think it’s time to move on.”

The competition will last for six months until April 20 2022, or until all 100,000 tickets are sold.
