Just Eat customers can celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with a freebie that is quintessentially British – a Greggs sausage roll.

From Thursday June 2 to Sunday June 5, the delivery giant will be rolling out the offer – but the freebie isn’t available to everyone.

How to claim a free Greggs sausage roll

To make a claim for the infamous, savoury snack, you’ll need to have a Just Eat account.

It’s free to sign up, and you can use the service online or via its free app which is available to download from the app or Google Play store.

Once you’ve made your account, you’ll need to make a purchase through Just Eat to be able to grab the freebie.

Only those who make an order through Just Eat with a minimum spend of £10 will be eligible for a free sausage roll.

So unless you were already planning to use Just Eat to order a takeaway, you won’t be benefitting from this deal.

A Greggs sausage roll usually costs around £1.25 – meaning you’d be £8.75 out of pocket if you use the deal simply for the freebie.

You can find your nearest store using Greggs’ shop finder online.

The Just Eat deal relies on participating stores, and is only available while stocks last – so get in there quick if you’re hoping to bag a bargain bite.

We’ve asked Greggs whether its vegan sausage roll is available in this offer and we will update this article when we hear back.

What other deals can I get?

If you’re not all that fussed about sausage rolls, Just Eat has a couple other offers up its sleeve.

Customers who make an order for Subway and spend at least £10 can grab free delivery.

Plus, if you make an order through Just Eat from any restaurant with “Royal” in the name, you can get a celebratory 20% off.
