DON’T let the changeable weather put a dampener on your Easter games.
Move the search for eggs inside for family fun with a difference.
Here’s how to brighten up the day, come rain or shine.
INDOOR EGG HUNT: If you left a window open last night and the Easter bunny snuck in, this morning your kids can search for all the eggs he left behind.
You can actually have far more fun inside, as the eggs can be hidden in some cracking places, like pockets of coats, toes of shoes, behind books and ornaments on shelves and even under pillows.
Ramp up the excitement by hiding one “golden egg”.

PIN THE TAIL ON THE BUNNY: This Easter twist on the classic party game will have little ones jumping for joy.
Draw a giant picture of a bunny on a piece of paper or card — or print one out from an online template.
Use cotton wool for the tail, with some tack or tape to help it stick.

Blindfold each child, twirl them around, then get them to stick the tail to the bunny.
The one who gets closest to the correct spot wins a prize.
SPIN TO WIN: Burn off all that chocolate with some fun Easter exercise.
First of all, make a spinner.
Cut out a circle of card and divide the circle into six or eight sections.
In each section, write a different Easter-themed activity, from “hop 20 times like a bunny” to “leap over the cushion like a lamb”.
Make a hole in the middle and stick a pencil through it.
Use the pencil to spin and get the family to do whatever activity hits the floor when the spinner stops.
GET CRAFTY: Get craft materials from the cupboard and let the kids crack on.
To give the activity a theme, cut out cardboard egg shapes and see who creates the wildest decorations.
Use whatever is around the house — tissue paper, glitter, coloured paper or even shiny wrapping from Easter eggs.
