It’s worth keeping an eye out for any other seasonal promotions around this time of year that could make costs even cheaper.

For example, many retailers have flash Black Friday or Cyber week sales coming up.  

Prices were correct when we looked but shops frequently make changes so make sure you compare before buying and look at delivery charges when buying online.

Then check if you can buy through a cashback site to make a bit of money back on any spending.  

If you’re ordering online, make sure to factor in any delivery costs before splashing out.

Here are the retailers offering some of the cheapest football t-shirts to wear during the World Cup.  

If you’re after the official t-shirts, the England store merchandise website charges from £74.95 for a men’s home stadium top, while prices at Nike and Sports Direct start from £74.95 and £74.99.

Prices will leave you cheering at JD Sports. The retailer offers “It’s Coming Home” slogan unisex t-shirts for £10.

There is also a good further selection of England t-shirt designs from £20 if you fancy splashing out a little more.  

Primark

The trophy for the cheapest football t-shirt that we could find goes to Primark.

You can grab a navy or grey “England” slogan tee in men’s sizes from the store for £3, while children’s World Cup t-shirts start from £2.50.

The high street favourite also has t-shirts with the three lions shield for £12.

M&M Direct

Get ready for match days with football t-shirts at a winning £6.99 for women or £7.99 for men at M&M.

The Fluid men’s black England shirt features “England” underneath a lion with the St Georges cross.

Or the Fluid women’s design has England in a white heart.

Children’s England branded t-shirts are available for £4.99.

George at Asda

Some of the cheapest World Cup t-shirts we found were from George at Asda.

The retailer has women’s t-shirts for both England and Wales fans for £8 each.  

There is also an England logo glitter tee, £8.50, with smaller versions for children starting from £3.

Tu at Sainsbury’s

Pick up an official England unisex red or navy t-shirt with the three lions logo from Tu at Sainsbury’s.

Coming in at £14 the tops are far cheaper than buying an England football shirt but are still a licensed FA product.

The supermarket also has long sleeve versions for £16 and official England white and navy polo shirts for £18.

For kids, you can pick up an official England white t-shirt for £8 or a long-sleeve graffiti-style t-shirt from £3.

Matalan

Get little ones cheering during the tournament with Matalan’s “It’s Coming Home” t-shirt or a red Wales “Future Football Star” t-shirt.

Both come in sizes from nine months to six years and cost between £6 and £7 dependent on size.

In men’s sizes, the store has a couple of options including a Blue England Volkswagen camper van t-shirt for £12.   

Sports Direct

Score a bargain with discounts on select football t-shirts at Sports Direct.

Women’s Team England t-shirts are £8, from £14.99.

And the FIFA men’s England t-shirt is £11.99, from the usual price of £23.99, while the FA England crest men’s t-shirt is £12.99, from £19.99.

We also found a Wales fan t-shirt, with a small logo, in the sale for £5.

New Look

If you’re looking for something a little cute, try New Look’s white women’s t-shirts with a heart-shaped England or Wales flag, both are £10.99.

There’s also a girl’s version for £7.99.

The store also has a selection of men’s World Cup themed t-shirts, £12.99 each, as well as a range for children for £9.99.

M&S

Embrace the seasonal spin on this World Cup with the men’s “It’s Coming Ho Ho Home” slogan pure cotton t-shirt, £15, from M&S.

The same design is available in children’s sizes for £9.

Fans can get also get a Wales vs England game t-shirt, which costs £15 in women’s sizes and £20 for men.

For kids, you can pick up M&S’s World Cup England Flag t-shirt on offer at £6.75 from £9 through Ocado.  

TK Maxx

Net a discount football t-shirt at TK Maxx.

There are a few different England t-shirt designs to choose from, each with price tags of £14.99 against an RRP of £31.99.

The discount retailer also has t-shirts branded with other World Cup teams, including Brazil, Argentina and Spain, again each costing £14.99.
