The heated clothes airer is a popular choice for many as the weather gets colder.

Available from December 18 to pre-order online and in stores from December 27 it’s not to be missed.

Aldi’s bargain £39.99 heated clothes airer has been a huge hit with shoppers, it keeps selling out, and with good reason.

It’s one of the cheapest around, and as a result was a huge hit last year – selling out numerous times.

With 20 heated bars and a large drying surface, it’ll make quick work or washing and half the time of larger or bulky items.

Many of us are looking for cheaper alternatives to dry out clothes and this heated airer is great alternative to a tumble dryer, as well as also being under £40.

Luckily for shoppers it’s back in stock online at aldi.com, but you’ll need to be fast as they’re sure to sell out again.

Whilst it’s a great price, make sure to shop around as you may find a similar product elsewhere.

You can buy it here on Aldi’s website, but don’t hang about it won’t be on sale for long if last year was anything to go by.

Looking for something bigger, Aldi’s Three Tier Heated Airer (£89.99, online only) features 36 drying bars and versatile open-sided shelves that provide easy access, as well as a cover to retain heat.

What we thought of Aldi’s Heater Airer?

Aldi’s Heated Airer has been a hit since it’s launch, and if you’re thinking about whether you should part with your cash, then we’ve given it a road test.

The Heated Airer is perfect for those in smaller flats, and those with a huge amount of space to dry your clothes.

For me, in a small, one bed flat, I only have the hallways to dry my clothes – and there isn’t a lot of air flow, leaving damp clothes for days on end; and so the heated airer sounded like the solution to my problem.

The heated airer comes with protector to help keep warmth in, which is a handy way of drying your washing quicker – and definitely helped speed up the process.

The design means it can easily be stored away without taking up too much space, and when in use, it’s large but is not obtrusive.

Again it can go next to a wall or in a hallway and not get in the way too much – depending on how agile you are.

It heats up to 40 – 50C quickly, and is warm enough to dry your clothes without being too hot.

One thing is quickly notable is that due to the design, the pieces touching the dryer dry first, and so you need to move these up and down to effectively dry your clothes quickly.

Because of this, you need to be careful not too overload the dryer – or to make sure you space your clothes out.

Don’t expect clothes dry in minutes, but we did note that it has significantly reduced the drying time we’d expect usually.

Whilst there are a number of heated airers available, Aldi’s is the most competitive priced; and with a similar design to many on sale we’d say it’s definitely worth your cash – just don’t over load it.
