The future raffle winner won’t have to fork out for legal fees or stamp duty charges either.

Property Brothers, Jason, Will and Daniel Twenefour are offering the life-changing opportunity through their company Tramway Path.

Daniel told JamPrime.com: “We want to give individuals the freedom to select an area that suits their preferences.

“We introduced the new model as a result of feedback from our community.

So far the generous brothers have given away a whopping 10 properties to successful raffle players.

The draw is open until 20 July with ticket bundles starting at just £5 – and you get three entries.

Most recently, Fadzai Angelina Kazarema pocketed a whopping £450,000 to spend on a new home.

The 33-year-old tech worker will be able to complete the sale this month.

Angelina, who currently lives with family in London, said she was “flaggergasted” when she got the news.

She said: “Everybody was like ‘it’s April Fools, just double check!’

“There’s a lot of weight lifted off my shoulders as a result of this.

“That no matter what happens, I’ve got a little bit of time to figure it out.”

Daniel added: “We’ve found purpose in trying to help change people’s lives.

“It not only brings fulfilment to the winner and our supportive community, but it also genuinely moves us.

To enter the raffle simply choose which ticket bundle you would like, the most popular choice is £25 for 25 entries.

But the Diamond package offers 200 chances for £100, while seven shots are £10.

Then, to enter the prize draw, you are required to give the correct answer to a multiple choice property question.
