Xbox players in shock as changes to reward scheme leaves players out of pocket

IT’S a new year, and many companies are reworking and making changes to their policies.

This includes Microsoft and Xbox, which have made getting cash back on their products more difficult than ever before.

The Microsoft Rewards scheme is designed to help players earn some money by using Microsoft products.

One of the easiest ways to earn rewards was to play games via Xbox, but this has been reduced in the 2024 update.

These reward points could be spent on gift cards at a number of stores including Game Pass subscriptions, Xbox Store cards, and even external stores such as Amazon.

However, the rewards are now significantly more difficult to earn, especially when trying to earn them via Xbox.

For example, one of the best ways to earn points was to play a game from Xbox Game Pass every day.

Previously, this daily quest used to earn players 50 points, and now it gives them just 5 points.

Xbox has added some bigger bonuses to compensate for this, but these are significantly harder to earn.

This includes the Quest Completionist reward which will give players 1k points upon completion.

However, in order to earn this, you need to play a Game Pass game every single day in the month, and also earn achievements on half of the days.

The other change that has been controversial with fans, is the removal of game-specific rewards.

Instead, all rewards are more generalised, such as ‘play a game’ or ‘earn a reward’.

However, while players are not pleased with the changes that have been made, it appears that Microsoft has no plans to reverse the changes.
