Police arrest 26-year-old man on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving

A 41-year-old woman and her three dogs have been killed after they were hit by a car in west London, the Metropolitan police have said. The woman was walking three golden retrievers when the incident happened.

A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and taken into custody.
