Whether its your first year buying an artificial one or you’re replacing an old one, shoppers are always on the look out for a tree-riffic bargain.

Wilko is selling trees for up to 1/2 price off until November 10

People have already begun sharing their festive finds on social media but many of them do have a time limit so you’ll have to be quick.

Posting on Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK one savvy shopper showed other members her massive saving in Wilko.

She wrote: “Thank you to the person who posted about the Wilko sale.”

The woman had managed to grab herself a bargain 7ft snowy tree for just £48, reduced from £100.

Fellow bargain hunters were quick to comment on the post saying what a “bargain” it is.

One said: “Ordered mine yesterday thanks to this page can’t wait for it to arrive.”

Another wrote: “Ours was delivered last week it’s lovely x”

A woman said: “I have this tree. Love it.”

One wished they had held off for the offer: “Stop ittttt.

“I just paid £50 from home bargains for 6ft – if only I just waited.”

Another simply wrote “bargain” when their friend tagged them in the post.

This tree and two others are currently available both in store and online for half price until November 10.

Although, this shopper did have an extra discount code to knock another £2 off, the sale price for the snow covered tree is £50 – which is still a hefty saving.

Also available is the 6ft green pre-lit artificial tree which is down from £75 to £37.50 and comes with 120 LED lights.

The last tree in the half price sale is the 7ft Scandinavian fir which been priced down from £85 to £42.50.

If you do decide to order one of these products online it is worth remembering that there is a delivery fee, which starts from £4.95.

Or you can pick a store to deliver it to for £2.95.

As always, The Sun recommends having a shop around for similar products to see where you can get the best price.

Several group members pointed out in the comments of this post that B&Q is also selling 7ft artificial trees.

We had a look at they’re right – you can grab a 7.5ft plain green tree from B&Q for just £30, £20 less than the Wilko.

It does have other options such as snowy ones with lights but they will set you back a bit more – selling online for £44.99 just for a 4ft one.

These trees are also available online and in store.

We used Google’s shopping search tool to see if we could find any similar trees for the same low price.

Wayfair has a “snow gray” tree for £49.99 and is only available online but has got free two day delivery.

The Range is also selling a plain green 7ft one for £49.99 and is available online with free delivery.
