Find out what to expect in the WHSmith 2021 Black Friday Sale

Just because a product is in a Black Friday sale, doesn’t mean you can’t find it, or something similar, cheaper elsewhere. Always shop around before you spend your money.

When is Black Friday 2021?

Black Friday 2021 is November 26, with Cyber Monday following on November 29.

Black Friday always falls the day after the American holiday Thanksgiving – the fourth Thursday of the month.

Some retailers will kick off their sales days or even weeks early, while WHSmith waited until the day before Black Friday to release its sale last year.

When is Cyber Monday and will WHSmith be taking part?

Cyber Monday began as the online-only version of Black Friday, taking place the following Monday—which this year is November 29.

It’s now a massive event equal to, if not, bigger than Black Friday itself.

Most retailers taking part in Black Friday will definitely offer deals on Cyber Monday too, so you can expect WHSmith to do the same.

What to expect from the WHSmith Black Friday 2021 sale

WHSmith has yet to confirm this year’s Black Friday event, but last year we saw discounts of up to 80% off a range of books, and we’re expecting to see similar this year.

As well as book deals, the 2020 Black Friday WHSmith sale featured a discount code offering a site-wide 10% discount if you spent £20 and 15% off if you spent £40 so you could find great deals on electronics like Apple AirPods.

Buy-one-get-one-half-price offers were also a feature last year.

The WHSmith Black Friday sale last year included:
