Meet The Von Erich Wrestling Family: Pam Adkisson, Kevin Von Erich’s wife, And Their Six Children

The name of Kevin Von Erich’s spouse is Pam Adkisson. Marriage between the two parties began on August 1st, 1979. The husband and wife co-manage a family investment firm while they reside in Hawaii.

Adkisson, who was born on May 15th, 1957, played football at North Texas State University as Garry Smith’s backup fullback.

He was routinely mocked by World Class commentators on WCCW broadcasts as “The Barefoot Boy.”

In a later interview, Kevin claimed that he had never intended to wrestle barefoot but that one of his matches had been stopped by someone hiding his boots as a practical joke. Unable to locate them in time, he ended up going barefoot, which eventually became his trademark.

Contrary to popular belief, throughout his early career, he participated in matches while wearing boots. His earliest encounters were with Paul Perschmann, posing as Playboy Buddy Rose, and with Superfly Jimmy Snuka. Kevin immensely loved Jimmy, who also wrestled barefoot, and frequently replicated his sky-high body splash from the top rope, known as the Superfly.

David, Kerry, Mike, and Chris were Kevin’s four wrestler brothers. Kevin was the son of famed wrestler Fritz Von Erich. Actually, Kevin is Fritz Von Erich’s only surviving son as the elder sibling, Jack, died in 1959.

But Kevin’s most well-known companions will always remain his brothers Kerry and David. Von Erich, who was 60 years old at the time, competed for the first time as a 22-year-old on July 9, 2017.

Along with his children Ross and Marshall, he took part in a triumph against Marty Jannetty, Jumping Lee, and Gery Roof at The Rage Wrestling Mega Show in Tel Aviv, Israel.
