THE official launch of the next OnePlus smartphone is mere hours away – though the company has already revealed quite about it already.
OnePlus 12 is set to be announced at a special event on December 5.

For those unfamiliar with the OnePlus brand, it is one of the leading Android smartphones to rival Samsung.
It’s a Chinese-based firm which has been going for ten years as of December 13 – so the OnePlus 12 comes at a special anniversary moment too.

The OnePlus 12 will serve as the company’s flagship handset, succeeding this year’s OnePlus 11.
When is the OnePlus 12 release date for the UK?
The official release date is yet to be announced but it’s expected to land in OnePlus home territory China first.
A global launch including the UK and other countries is predicted to follow later in January.

And for those who hate waiting around to charge your battery, it looks like the device will power up very fast too wirelessly.
OnePlus has revealed that the 12’s battery will be 5,400mAh which is bigger than any of Samsung’s phones.
