What is Prime Day?

Prime Day is a shopping event that provides deals exclusively for Prime members.

Anyone can participate in Prime Day and make the most of the discounts by becoming a member of Amazon Prime.

If you’re not member yet, you can ensure you don’t miss out Prime Day by signing up for an Amazon Prime free trial or purchasing a membership.

A Prime membership also gives customers access to Prime Video.

Prime Day sees products discounted across numerous categories.

Pet supplies, home and kitchen products, beauty and wellness, and electronics are just some of the items that are included in the Prime Day sales.

Not all products sold on Amazon will be discounted as part of Prime Day.

How long does Amazon Prime Day last?

Although it is called Prime Day, the shopping event actually lasts 48 hours.

It usually begins at 00.01am on the first day that it starts, and runs right through until 11.59pm the following day.

When does Amazon Prime Day 2023 end?

Amazon Prime Day 2023 began at 00.01am on Tuesday, July 11.

The deals will end at midnight on Wednesday, July 12.

The Sun picked out some of the best UK Amazon Prime Day 2023 deals.

Highlights include discounted Ninja air fryers, Shark vacuum cleaners and premium Elemis beauty products.

Some star products are also at their cheapest ever price, including the Apple AirPod Pros, the Fire TV Cube, and the Amazon Fire 50-inch TV.

The best place to find all the latest deals as they launch is by heading to the Amazon Prime Day hub.

There, customers can filter through the categories that interest them the most and snap up the limited time offers.

Amazon recommends using the Watch List to spot any lightning deals that are only available for a small window of time.

Shoppers can also download the Amazon app, set up deal alerts with Alexa devices, and sign up to the retailer’s newsletters to stay in the loop.
