There is bad news for fans of the chocolate biscuit

A customer asked the manufacturer what had happened to Mini Jaffa Cakes.

They responded with the message: “Hi there from Team McVitie’s.

“We’re sorry to say that these have been discontinued but your comment has been passed to our marketing team.”

There has been an outcry after McVities announced the discontinuation of another chocolate biscuit.

Brits have been begging the biscuit company to bring back the bar from their childhood.

And recently one fan took to social media to demand answers.

They Tweeted: “Why on earth have you stopped making Fruit Clubs?

“My favourite biccy of all time. What flavours are still being made?”

The company replied: “Hi there from Team McVitie’s. Unfortunately, these were discontinued a few years ago.

“I can confirm that the club flavours are now orange, mint and salted caramel.”

Others then jumped on the bandwagon, tweeting: “Bring back the fruit clubs!!”

Another added: “The fruit Club was one of the best biscuits out there in my opinion.”
