Here’s what you need to do…

  1. Cut a long piece of yarn and put it in your mixing bowl
  2. Cover the yarn in PVA glue and mix it with your spatula until it is completely covered
  3. Blow up your balloon and tie it up
  4. Take a piece of gluey yarn and tie it to the knot of the balloon
  5. Wrap it around the balloon randomly until you run out of yarn
  6. Repeat the process with more pieces of yarn until your balloon is covered
  7. You need to make sure your balloon has vertical lines to keep it strong. Take another prepped piece of yarn and attach it to the top of the balloon. Take the yarn down the side of the balloon, underneath it and back up the other side. Twist the yarn around the top and repeat. aiming for areas that don’t have yarn
  8. Let the balloon dry overnight so it goes hard
  9. When it’s completely dry and hard, carefully pop the balloon and pull it out of the web
  10. Add your finishing touches! Use the hot glue gun to stick your bats and spiders to the web, and pop the fairy lights inside

The baskets can be hung up around your house to impress your friends and family this Halloween!
