A DIY fan has shared how she bought an old dated caravan and transformed it into a lush tiny home on wheels.
The DIY fan said she now intends to sell or rent her new project after her laborious renovation.

Gemma Mallis shared the stunning transformation in a TikTok video online.
She said: “Static caravan renovation from start to finish. This will be home for the duration of our self build.”
Before the renovation Gemma’s caravan was old and dated a 70’s style aesthetic.
The dark and dull kitchen lacked natural light meanwhile the small bathroom could barely hold a full size shower.
The bedrooms were also small and dark, both lacking adequate storage space.
Gemma revealed she had to completely gut the caravan starting with a new frame from scratch.
She said: “My husband is a joiner and framed it up to strengthen it then new studs were put up the next day. It survived the night.”
They also made sure to fully insulate the caravan so it would survive on cold nights.

Gemma said: “We’ve put loads of insulation in so hoping it won’t be too bad.”

And of course she had to tackle the poor lighting throughout the caravan by replacing the windows.
She said: “Yeh we put new windows and doors in and the boiler is a glow worm LPG combi boiler.”
In the renovation Gemma created a beautiful open plan living room and kitchen.
The master bedroom was opened up so it could fit a spacious double bed and connect to the second bedroom through a full size closed.
The DIY fan confessed she intended to either sell the caravan or rent it to others on holiday.
She said: “We will either sell it or turn it into a holiday let.”
