Offences were committed in months before former Met police officer kidnapped, raped and murdered Sarah Everard

Wayne Couzens has been sentenced to 19 months in prison after admitting three incidents of indecent exposure committed in the months before he kidnapped, raped and murdered Sarah Everard.

The Old Bailey heard the ex-Metropolitan police officer was supposed to be on duty, working from home, when he flashed at a female cyclist just a few days before he killed Everard.
