One user tweeted: ‘No service in Plymouth. Tried to use Service Status but the page is broken. Can’t get through on the phone lines either. Need internet as I am working from home.’

Another wrote: ‘There’s quite clearly a problem in the devon area. Other people have been given the same advice only to be told there’s no problem when they ring but they still don’t have Internet! I’m on a residential account but if I can’t work I won’t get paid!’

And one vented: ‘Getting beyond ridiculous now. Wifi constantly drops making it impossible to work from home. We pay a lot of money for this!!’
