A spacious kitchen will give the buyer plenty of room to cook up a storm in a light and airy space.
While a decent sized garden offers lots of outdoor space to take advantage of.
There is a even a single garage to stick your motor in for off-street parking.
But step inside and the shocking reality of the Sandford Close home sinks in.
That’s because the two-bedder is in an absolute state and the potential buyer will need to move mountains to transform it into a liveable space.
Standout features in the dilapidated abode is an old loo abandoned in a half finished bedroom covered in junk and dirt.
