THE Game Awards is home to all of the biggest triple-A game trailers, but there’s more.

In collaboration with the gaming Oscars, Day of the Devs is a showcase for some underrepresented developers.

It features upcoming games from indie developers big and small, who are here to show off their work so far.

Here’s everything that was announced at Day of the Devs 2023.

Out early 2024

  • Ultros – A bright metroidvania by the Hotline Miami dev – February 13, 2023
  • Open Roads – Mother and daughter road trip adventure – February, 2024
  • Braid Anniversary Edition – 2D platformer with a time-turning twist – April 30,2024
  • Flock – A cosy game where you collect and catalogue birds from the Hohokum devsearly 2024
  • Home Safety Hotline – A text-based adventure based in a ‘90s call centre – early 2024

Out late 2024

  • Cryptmaster – Typing of the Dead-style dungeon crawler with words – 2024
  • The Mermaid’s Tongue – A murder mystery game set on a submarine – 2024
  • Hermit & Pig – A turn-based RPG with Earthbound vibes – 2024
  • Janet Moray is a Slumlord (and a witch) – A puzzle-based horror game based on renting – 2024
  • Thank Goodness You’re Here – You play as a little man helping people with their problems – 2024
