DON’T USE SPORTS MODE

Television expert James Willcox from Consumer Reports advises against using sports mode for the Super Bowl.

This may seem odd by the expert thinks the screen quality won’t be as good if you’re using this setting.

“What it’s going to do is artificially boost the contrast, the colors, the brightness, and it’s going to give you an unnatural-looking image,” he warned.

The expert advises using Natural, Cinema, or Filmmaker modes instead.

AVOID CLARITY AUDIO

According to the experts at Digital Trends, you might want to have a play with your TV audio settings before the game.

“Avoid any “clarity” mode for speech, as it can mess with audio levels,” they warned.

They suggest picking a mode that decreases crowd noise and enhances the announcers.

You may want to put on another sports game earlier in the day and toggle with the settings to see what works for you.
