The Trump Organization’s lawyers and Allen Weisselberg are set to appear in a New York state courtroom on Monday, marking the first public court proceeding since the former president’s company and its finance chief were indicted earlier this summer.

In July, the Manhattan district attorney’s office unveiled an indictment charging Trump Organization Chief Financial Officer Mr. Weisselberg, 74 years old, and his longtime employer with tax fraud and other crimes. The office of New York Attorney General Letitia James is working with the district attorney’s office on the case.
