Police name women as Cheryl Woods, 61, and Sarha Smith, 40, from Caerphilly, south Wales

Tributes have been paid to a mother and daughter who were killed in a five-vehicle crash during the height of Storm Babet on Friday, as fresh weather warnings have been issued.

Yellow weather warnings are in place for parts of Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the south-east of England on Tuesday, with the expectation of heavy rain in some areas that are already flooded.
