Parents mourn dead son as police appeal for witnesses to incident in Brownhills involving BMW

The parents of a two-week-old baby who was killed when his pram was hit by a motorist in Brownhills, West Midlands, have paid tribute to him, saying they were “happy to get a chance to meet” him.

Ciaran Leigh Morris was with family at the time and suffered serious injuries when he was struck by a person driving a BMW, which is understood to have been involved in a collision with another car in High Street, Brownhills.
