Three issues statement as outage continues for second day

Three has confirmed some customers could still be facing problems today.

Taking to X, the network wrote: “Some customers may still be experiencing intermittent issues with our network.

“Our engineers are working hard to fix it and we apologise sincerely for the inconvenience this is causing.”

Hundreds of Three customers have reported issues with the provider’s services this afternoon.

Some are reporting problems with their internet, while others claim to be without signal.

Over 1,000 reports have been made, as per DownDetector.

Remember that if you’re testing on mobile, make sure you’re connected to WiFi to test the broadband speed. Otherwise, you’ll be checking your mobile speeds instead.
