SKINT tea drinkers are hanging their bags out to dry and later reuse to save cash, a survey has found.
More than one in ten of us have used the same teabag more than once, while others hit by the cost of living crisis cut their own hair or swipe ketchup sachets from restaurants.

The thrifty measures come as stats show 7.4million Brits struggled to pay their bills or credit cards at the start of the year.
Nearly a quarter of us have breakfast cereals for dinner as it is cheaper. A similar amount mix random items in cupboards to make an “odd” meal.
Eleven per cent water down their shampoo and conditioner to make them last longer, while a similar amount nab toiletries from hotel stays.
A quarter sniff their dirty clothes to see if they can get an extra day out of them — with 13 per cent checking undies.

Cash-saving antics for 14 per cent also include colouring holes on shoes, eight per cent taking loo roll from work and seven per cent flushing the toilet just once a day.
In all, 80 per cent of those polled by Vouchercodes.co.uk has tried at least one.
The firm’s Anita Naik said: “It shows people are getting more creative with the ways in which they save money.”
