TESCO is launching a huge half price toy sale tomorrow, and major brands like Fisher Price, Nerf, and Playdoh will all be discounted.

The sale comes just in time for the Easter school holidays, so you can stock up on all your little ones’ favourite characters and activities to entertain them over the break.

There are 60 toys in the offer, from action figures and their motors, to dolls, plush toys and outdoor games and gadgets.

Tesco category manager for toys, nursery and sport, Anne Borrett said: “Whatever the weather, rain or shine, we’ve got toys for all eventualities to keep the kids amused indoors or outside in the garden.”

The in-store sale officially starts on March 24 – and you’ll be able to head to your local branch to snap up some of the bargains as they’ll be in all Tesco stores.

Be warned that stock may be subject to availability though, and if there’s something you particularly have your eye on, you might want to ring ahead to check it’s available in your local store.

But shoppers have already started to spot some of the discounted toys online too.

On Facebook page Money Saver Bargain Hunters they shared the first look at what’s on offer from the supermarket.

You can’t buy the toys at their lowered price just yet though, you’ll have to wait until tomorrow, just like in-store shoppers, for the sale to go live.

And once the sale does go live, you’ll have to be quick to cash-in as the low prices are only sticking around until April 19 according to Tesco.

The discounted products are a great opportunity to keep the kids occupied over the next few weeks while sticking to your budget, but don’t forget to have a shop around before you splash out.

You might find you can get the same goodies for an even cheaper price from a rival.

Also keep in mind, it’s not a bargain unless you were planning on making a purchase anyway – if you buy just because it’s in the sale you might find you go over budget.

Plus shopping online will mean and extra £4.50 for delivery that you’ll have to factor in on top of your purchases.

Here’s some of the half price priced items that will be up for grabs:

Plenty of little ones love Paw Patrol and all the toys and merch that comes with the much loved TV characters, but often they can be on the pricier side.

You can pick up this set in the Tesco sale, for half the price though.

It features main character Chase and he can be launched around the fun track.

When Chase’s vehicle reaches the bottom of the bridge, a lifebuoy flips onto Chickaletta, the other character in the set, saving her from the water.

And you can reset the toy to play again and again.

This Dickie Toys remote-control car has had £13 slashed from the full price.

It’s easily operated by an infrared remote control that’s included in the set and can reach speeds of up to 2 km/h.

A flashing light on the top makes the sports car even more appealing to little one’s senses too.

But you’ll have to keep in mind that batteries aren’t included and you might have to fork out £5.50 extra to add them to your basket to be able to play with the toy right away.

The second blaster has four-dart capacity to unleash four darts in a row, and it has a targeting sight for aiming.

While the third also launches one dart at a time but has a pull-down priming handle, and a targeting sight that doubles as onboard storage for another dart.

The pack also includes 14 official Nerf Elite foam darts, so you’ll be fully equipped from the get go.

But luckily with this set no batteries are required which means you don’t have to fork out for extras.
