Tesco has the offer reduced to clear in a handful of stores across the country and you can buy one for as little as £5.

As well as the single size blankets that they are selling so low, they also have doubles available for £6.25 and king size for just £7.

The largest blankets were originally priced at £30 meaning the savings are more than 75% off.

The bargain was spotted by a shopper in the Extreme Couponing and Deals group on Facebook.

The Sun has asked Tesco for more information and will update this story when we hear back.

The blanket is said to have an ultra-fast heat up so it will feel warm to the touch after only a few minutes.

You are no longer able to buy the So Snug Electric Blanket from Silentnight’s online store and it doesn’t look like they’ll be coming back anytime soon.

Silentnight say that their blankets can cost from only 1p to run for up to 7 hours on the low setting.

The So Snug range isn’t available anywhere else but other retailers are selling similar items that meet the same specifications.

Argos has other Silentnight electric blankets that start from £22.49 and retailers like Dunelm have their own brand products that are also a steal from only £8.

Lidl is selling a weighted blanket that will leave you never wanting to get out of bed.
