SUPERDRUG shoppers have spotted a designer perfume dupe that costs £80 less than the real thing.

The 100ml Bespoke Woman Spiced Pear and Warm Amber EDP costs £9.99 and is said to smell like YSL’s Black Opium, which costs £90.

Fans of the bargain cosmetics shop are rushing to grab their own bottle from the website.

The perfume is described as “a sultry, rich fragrance enriched by fruity scents” with hints of pear, cinnamon and strawberry inside.

It even costs £4.98 for Superdrug Members – which is free to sign up to.

You can do this via the Superdrug website and you’ll just need to fill in a few quick details. You’ll then be sent a Health and Beauty card through the post to scan at the till and build up points and discounts on.

One customer wrote in the reviews section: “I have had many compliments about it suiting me and how good it smells. I now stock up whenever I get the chance! Top notch stuff”.

Another praised: “This is by far the best perfume on a low price range I have ever purchased, I can’t get enough of it!”

And one compared it branded perfumes: “It’s like a dupe of black opium! It amazing smells amazing… you can’t go wrong I can’t wait to smell the others”.

In comparison, 75ml of YSL’s Black Opium costs £90 from Superdrug. That’s the biggest size we could find on the site – bearing in mind it’s smaller than the Bespoke dupe.

Plus, if you order anything online, you’ll need to add an extra £5.40 onto your total for delivery.

Alternatively, you can click and collect for free.

To find your nearest Superdrug just use the store locator tool on the website.

But it’s best to call up first to check they have what you want in stock – you don’t want to arrive and end up disappointed.

And only buy something if you wanted it in the first place. Otherwise you’re not saving any money.

Don’t forget to shop around elsewhere too in case they are better dupes on sale for even less.

You can use comparison tools like the Latest Deals app or Google Shopping to help.

For example, we’ve spotted 50ml perfume bottles for as little as £3.33 from Boots – but we recommend having a smell of it first to make sure you actually like it before you commit.

Superdrug is known for selling designer perfumes dupes, and this certainly isn’t the first one shoppers have spotted.

Last month, customers fell in love with an “amazing” perfume dupe for just £8.50 compared to £110 for the designer version.

It was a bottle of the Patchouli Passon EDP, priced at just £8.50 for 100ml, whilst Lancome’s La Vie Est Belle smells the same and costs £101 more.

Both are described having notes of orris, orange flower, praline, vanilla and patchouli.

Meanwhile, discounter Poundland also had its shoppers snapping up a “gorgeous” iconic perfume dupe for £108 less.

And lovers of the popular Burberry Weekend perfume have been popping to Home bargains to get their version of the £89 fragrance for just £1.99.
