It lies in a quiet tree-lined street near the Emirates Stadium, just moments from Drayton Park Tube.
But the lucky new owner will need to be a dab hand at DIY – or prepared to shell out tens of thousands of pounds to a master builder.
That’s because the gorgeous home is in a state of complete disrepair.
The scale of the work needed to transform the address isn’t obvious from the outside.
But anyone who crosses the threshold will be left in no doubt of the graft required.
Carpets have been torn from floors, leaving them bare.
In one room, seventies-style graphic wallpaper still hangs, and an electric fire stands in the grate.
The kitchen is in a particularly poor state. Part of the ceiling has fallen in, and a wall appears to be rotting.

That’s because it was gutted by a terrible fire just four months ago.
And a one-bed flat in south London will go under the hammer for £150,000, but it’s in terrible state both inside and out.
Walls have been stripped, while carpets have been torn up. The garden is completely overgrown, with vines left untended for so long they reach into an indoor bathroom.
