SHOPPERS won’t lose out on getting the best price at retailers including John Lewis this Black Friday, as some shops are offering to price match deals.

Black Friday usually lands at the end of November and shoppers use the sales to stock up on presents ahead of the festive season.

This year, Black Friday falls on November 26 and most deals tend to run right through to Cyber Monday, which falls on November 29.

Some shops slash as much as 75% – sometimes even more – off the price of gadgets, toys, furniture and more.

As retailers jostle for customers during the busy period, some offer price matches where they promise to meet the price of an item that another company is selling for less.

We round up which retailers are offering price match guarantees so you know who are offering the best deals.

But before you splash out, remember to compare prices online.

You might find the same – or similar – item being sold elsewhere.

And remember, it isn’t really a bargain if you weren’t planning on buying it in the first place – it’s best to buy something you really need to save money.

John Lewis

John Lewis has confirmed to The Sun that it will be matching its high street rivals on prices this Black Friday.

It hasn’t confirmed what kind of deals will be available to buy on its website yet.

However, when it does, we will update this article as soon as we know more.

It’s also best to keep refreshing its Black Friday deals page on its website.

Last year, it knocked money off items across its fashion, tech, home and garden, beauty and baby ranges.

AO.com

Online tech retailer AO.com will match the price of your haul if you find the same items are cheaper elsewhere – even on Black Friday.

To get your item price matched, you’ll need to have the product number and price – plus the website of the other retailer.

Then call the company on 0161 470 1100 – they’ll refund the difference.

Again, it’s not known what deals will be available on its website yet.

But we will update this article when we know more.

Currys

Currys has a policy where it price matches any item you buy if you find it cheaper somewhere else.

Even if you’ve already bought it, Currys will price match the item up to seven days after you bagged it.

Currys hasn’t announced what is going to be on sale during Black Friday.

But last year, cookers, coffee machines, laptops and more were on sale.

Blacks

Blacks has a price promise where it will not only match the price of your item, but knock an extra 10% off it.

If you’ve already bought the product, then go to your local store or contact the customer services team on 0161 393 7059.

Then, provide details of the product that you’ve bought and where it’s cheaper elsewhere.

If you haven’t bought your item yet but have found a lower price at another shop, ring the same number or speak to a member of staff in store.
