The new Clotted Cream Fudge Cold Brew has been launched to celebrate 25 years since the first Starbucks opened in the UK.

It aims to bring together two classic British flavours – a cream tea and fudge.

The drink will be a permanent addition to the UK menu and isn’t available anywhere else in the world.

Other Cold Brew flavours have been available in the past such as the Toffee Nut Cream and the Salted Caramel Cream.

Ideal for those with a sweet tooth, the new drink is combined with vanilla flavour syrup and poured over ice.

Starbucks customers can pick up the new beverage from today in all UK stores.

A tall drink costs £4.15 and has 195 calories, a grande is priced at £4.35 and has 292 calories.

Alex Rayner, general manager at Starbucks UK, said: “Clotted Cream Fudge Cold Brew is a little bit special – developed with quintessentially British flavours in mind, it’s an homage to the people we have been proud to connect with over the years – and we can’t wait for you to try it as we look forward to the next 25 years together.”

Fans have been taking to social media to share their excitement to try the drink.

One wrote: “OMGGGGG LOOK AT THISSS.”

Another said: “Wow this looks so good.”

A third commented: “Wtf this sounds amazing!”

And a fourth posted: “OMG CLOTTED CREAM I MUST HAVE IT.”

While a happy customer remarked: “Just tried one. It’s really nice.”

One holiday maker also said: “Starbucks UK releasing a clotted cream cold brew three days before I leave is being God’s favorite.”

The new beverage is available from Starbucks stores and drive-thrus across the UK.

You can find your nearest store using the Starbucks store locator on its website.

Customers can also order via the Starbucks UK App to collect, which is available on both iPhone and Android.

If you’d like the drink delivered to your door Starbucks also delivers through Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats in over 720 shops.

Also, for one week only if you’re signed up to the Starbucks rewards scheme you can also bag double starts if you’re a green member and triple stars if you’re a gold member.

Starbucks regularly brings in new menu additions from time to time to keep fans on their toes.

Recently, the chain added a new range of drinks with a bizarre ingredient to its menus.

As part of its summer range it introduced its Strawberry Waffle Cone Frappuccino.

Starbucks isn’t the only chain changing up its menu offering, McDonald’s has just last week brought in several new and returning items.

While, Nando’s has shaken up its menu with two major changes.
