Workplace messaging platform Slack Technologies Inc. suffered a widespread service disruption early Monday, as many employees returned to work for their first full workday of the year.
In a message on its website, Slack said customers were experiencing problems loading channels and connecting to Slack.
The San Francisco-based company said it was looking into the connectivity issues. “All hands are on deck on our end to further investigate,” the company said on its website.
The disruptions were first reported around 9:48 a.m. ET, according to tech service tracker Downdetector.
Just before noon, the company said it had no changes to report.
