PRIMARK fans will know there are countless bargains to be had, but are some more worthy of your money than others?
From clothes to homeware to beauty there is really something for everyone and at famously low prices.

Primark’s budget garments are a cheap way to refresh your wardrobe with plenty of items from its exclusive range.
But the store can be a great place to look for a cheaper version of something you’ve seen elsewhere too.
While you’re only able to shop in stores, the discount chain is currently trialling a click and collect service across 25 UK sites.
The stores participating in the click and collect trial are located across the North West of England, Yorkshire and Wales.
That means if the trial goes well you might see your closest store rolling out the same service soon.
Until then Primark shoppers can browse online for the items they’re thinking about buying and of course head into stores to have a look and fill their trollies.
But what should you always be picking up from Primark and what should you leave on the shelf? We reveal all.
Children’s clothes
The rate at which children tend to grow means parents are having to replace their clothes more often than not – and this can come at a cost.

But Primark is a good store to go for your kid’s clothes and it often has brands that your child would adore.
If your child wants some Converse dupes, or maybe a new swimming costume for an upcoming summer trip, you’ll want to head down to your local Primark as quickly as you can.
Supersaver Tom Church, the co-founder of LatestDeals.co.uk, recently took to TikTok, where he posts under the username @latestdeals, to share the new-in, must-have Disney buys.
As he took his loyal followers around a Primark store, he said: “These Stitch sliders are £9.
He said: “Kids’ Elsa Frozen ‘Converse’ trainers for £12.
“This kids’ Encanto swimming costume is only £6.”
A pair of branded Converse trainers can cost a parent roughly £25 – that’s nearly double the price.
Makeup dupes
One thing beauty fans definitely agree on is that Primark has hit the nail on the head with its makeup dupes.
From Charlotte Tilbury to Nars, the discounter has it all.
Previously, shoppers have shared how they found a Nars foundation dupe which usually costs around £37 for just £6.
It was also been praised for its Iconic Illuminator dupe, which is usually £32, that only costs £5.
Fans were very impressed when they spotted dupes for the viral Marshmallow beauty sponge and Trigwell Cosmetics powder puff.
The pack contains two sponges for just £2.50, they then showed off the Trigwell powder puffs which again cost £2.50 for a set of two.
The Marshmallow beauty sponge by Coco Cosmetics costs £8.95 for one, while the Trigwell Cosmetics powder puff comes in a pack of two for £14.50 usually.
Primark is clearly the place to be for makeup dupes of expensive brands.
Underwear
Primark fans have been raving for years over its selection of bargain price underwear.
Most stores have wide range of different items available and shoppers are forever talking about the great quality and low cost.
Prices start at just £1 and rarely go past £12.
Most recently, one shopping expert picked up some of the viral seamless underwear sets.
TikToker @kayemarie53 reviewed what she’d found during her shop at the store and these were her best find.
Shoppers have been rushing to their closest store after spotting Primark versions of Lounge underwear sets for just £6.
The real thing costs a whopping £45 so this is a big saving.
Hidden bargains
Primark denies playing host to seasonal sales like its competitors.
But, back in January The Sun confirmed that some of its stores had widespread markdowns on selected products – replicating what other retailers do in their January sales.
We also previously discovered how it uses red labels on “secret” sale items in some of its stores.
And back in 2021, we found jumpers with a 58% markdown – from £12 to £5.
Items with red sticker markdowns are usually end-of-season or stock that is to be discontinued.
If shoppers want to find the hidden bargains then they should ask a member of Primark’s customer service staff to point them out.
Some stores may even have a rail of sale items – but it does vary between stores.
Homeware
Over the past few years Primark has hugely expanded its homeware offering, making it a one stop shop for pretty much anything you could need.
Items span from décor to full pieces of furniture and of course all come with the cheap Primark label.
Whether you’re after new bedding or crockery, you can truly buy it all in one shop.
You can even get the popular “boucle white chair” for just £80 – similar styles pieces can cost anything from £175.
Fans often remark on Primark’s offering as being on trend but without the hefty price.
The bigger stores are of course more likely to have larger homeware selections so if you’re after something in particular it’s always worth heading to a larger shop.
Perfume dupes
Those with expensive perfume taste will know the importance of finding dupes of your favourite scents.
Primark is a pro at this and has been providing dupes of iconic designer scents for years.
Recently, one shopper was shocked to find the “best Jo Malone dupe ever” and it’s 22 times cheaper.
Primark is known for selling dupes of some much-loved designer perfumes for as little as £2.
Items to avoid
While shoppers are often spoiled for choice when they pop into a Primark store, not everything is worth your money.
Shoppers in the past have slammed the sizing of some Primark trousers, saying they’re not true to size and ended up returning them.
The same goes for jeans too, with some complaining of not fitting into their usual size at other shops.
Jewellery can also sometimes be a bit of a no-go, in the past the discount store has been forced to recall some items over allergic reaction fears.
Buying items as soon as they come in with the seasonal stock change can also be a mistake because you’ll be missing out on the out-of-season bargains.
Bigger flagship stores in particular will always have an influx of stock, so as new items come in, older products taking up space might be heavily discounted.
Of course whether you want to spend on something will depend on your personal taste so it’s always worth checking it out before you opt not to buy.
