THE Steam Deck was originally released in 2022, and is still one of the best consoles on the market.

However, it is not a cheap console, with the high-end version costing more than a PS5.

Not only this but the Steam Deck rarely goes on sale, meaning there aren’t many chances to grab one at a discount.

Luckily, as part of the Steam Summer Sale there are big discounts on every model of Steam Deck, so you can choose the console that’s right for you.

The sale ends on July 13, 2023, so there are two weeks for you to grab a bargain.

Here’s the discounts you can grab on Steam Decks and which console is right for you.

Steam Deck 64GB – £314.10 / $359.10

The differences between the consoles mostly depend on which type of games you plan to run.

While extra storage can be added this requires longer loading and might not be suitable for those who want to use their console to run big games.

While the 64GB Steam Deck has the lowest discount at 10%, it is still the cheapest option, and is worth considering.

Usually priced at £349 / $399, this is the ideal console for those who want to play smaller games or indies.

Grabbing this Steam Deck during the sale will net you £34.90 / $39.90 in savings.

Steam Deck 256GB SSD – £390.15 / $449.65

The mid-range Steam Deck comes with a decent amount of storage, but what is more important is the SSD.

Solid State Drives are far more reliable than others, and will also help you load your games as quickly as possible.

This console is for those who want to reduce loads and play fast, and aren’t bothered about deleting and downloading games now and then.

This mid-range console comes with a mid-range discount of 15% off, but it will still save you a fair amount of money.

Usually £459 / $529, this offer will earn you £68.85 / $79.35 in savings.

Steam Deck 512GB SSD – £455.20 / $519.20

The biggest upgrade that the 512GB Steam Deck comes with over the 256GB Steam Deck is the extra memory.

As big-budget games become increasingly larger, a 256GB console will likely only be able to hold one or two games at once.

If you play a variety of triple-A games regularly, then you may want to push out the boat and buy the biggest console.

Luckily, the best Steam Deck also comes with the biggest discount at 20%.
