One eagle-eyed shopper posted that a four-litre Tower air fryer is currently scanning for just £10 instead of £199.99.

The deal was shared in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook page – and savvy shoppers were quick to comment.

One bargain hunter said: “Omg such good bargains at those prices – they will be gone in minutes.”

While another said: “That’s a crazy deal.”

And a third wrote: “Wow I want one.”

But some shoppers were left disappointed after finding out the deal is only available at an independent department store called Atkinsons in Sheffield.

While the retailer does have a website, the air fryer isn’t available to buy online.

But the independent retailer is selling a 2.2l manual Tower air fryer for £49.99 – reduced from £89.99.

Of course, this isn’t as cheap as the in-store deal and you’ll need to remember to factor in any potential delivery costs if you order online.

If you live near Sheffield and you’re looking to buy an air fryer, it could be worth paying the store a visit.

It’s always best to phone ahead to check the stock levels at your closest shop to before you head down so you’re not disappointed.

It’s unlikely you’re going to find the set for much cheaper than Atkinson’s, but there are alternatives.

For example, we found a Salter 2l ait fryer for sale at Robert Dyas for £28.99.

As always before you commit to a purchase, you should have a shop around to make sure you’re getting the best deal.

Prices can also vary day to day and by what deals are on at the time, plus remember you might pay for delivery if you’re ordering online.

You can compare prices on platforms like Google shopping.

Air fryers have gained popularity over the last few months as under the new price cap, using one for 15 minutes costs just 13p.

It comes as energy bills are on everyone’s minds, and people have turned to plug in devices to save their coins.
