One shopper managed to get a prelit Christmas wreath for just £5 after its price was cut by £20.

Posting on Facebook’s Extreme Couponing and Bargains group, the shopper said: “My B&M prelit large sparkle wreath was £25 reduced to £5. My bargain of the day.”

Other shoppers were quick to confirm that they’d bagged bargain wreaths from the budget retailer.

Another B&M fan said that they “picked one up for £12.50” – reduced from £25.

“I got a different style wreath for £3 after it was reduced from £10,” said another shopper.

B&M stocks 43 different Christmas wreaths with prices ranging from £2 all the way up to £17.

And the budget retailer has slashed the prices of some of its wreaths by roughly 50%.

For example, the B&M Traditional Christmas Wreath used to cost £30 – but it’s now 50% off costing just £15.

And the Frosted Geneva Pre Lit Christmas Wreath has had its price cut by 52% from £25 to £12.

Those looking to purchase the wreaths can find their nearest B&M using the store locator tool on its website.

And remember, the product is only available while stocks last, so you might find that your closest store doesn’t have the gadget in stock.

If you are thinking of buying a Christmas wreath, it’s also worth having a quick shop around first as you might be able to find a similar product cheaper elsewhere.

Other retailers stock similar Christmas items, and the cheapest prelit wreath we found was from Argos.

The Argos Home Pre-Lit Snowtipped Faux Foliage Christmas wreath had its price cut from £15 to just £10 – which means it’s £2 cheaper than the one on sale at B&M.

The Argos wreath is available online and in-store while stocks last.

The next cheapest prelit one that we could find was from B&Q for £11.99 – a penny less than the one on sale at B&M.

The B&Q wreath is also available online and in-store.

The news comes a day after shoppers rushed to supermarkets to get their hands on “bargain” real Christmas trees as shops began flogging their stock.
